Citizen Service Centers, known as KEP in Greece, are public offices designed to simplify citizens’ interactions with government services. They serve as a one-stop point for accessing information, submitting applications, and obtaining official documents, such as birth certificates, family status certificates, and other civil records.

KEP staff also assist citizens with digital services (e.g., gov.gr, Taxisnet) and guide them to the appropriate public authorities when specialized services are required. Their goal is to make administrative procedures faster, easier, and more accessible to everyone.
